Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call (trade, lead labels, job descriptions, budgets, timelines, distances, lead sources, owner type, whether a phone or email was given, reply history, competition counts, job values, margins, close rates, lead costs, spend, lead and job counts, revenue, monthly budget, business name, your first name, a homeowner first name, visit time options, ballpark prices, a phone number to print in drafts, tone, lead ages, days since contact, touch counts, pipeline status, a date, target jobs, competition level, source mix) and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). We do not need homeowner phone numbers, email addresses or street addresses - send only a label or first name for each lead. No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We disclose data only if required by law.
You choose what to send; avoid including details you do not want processed. Request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question privately at support@magicteams.ai. We respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed to children under 13.
